FAQ’s

Do You Deliver?

Yes we deliver to your venue at a time agreed upon by us & you and collect them all later on.

What is the Damage Deposit & do I have to pay it?

All bookings have to have a damage deposit added to the final payment. For our ‘Rustic Game’ hire the damage deposit is £75. This is fully refundable depending on the condition of the items on collection. Please see our T&C’s for more info.

When is Final Payment due?

Your final payment is due 2 weeks before your wedding date. You’ll receive an invoice with all the details via an email about a month before the wedding.

How far do you travel?

We cover all of the Northamptonshire area. We may be able to travel further for an additional cost.

Do you charge a deposit?

Yes we charge 40% of the total price as a non-refundable deposit. This is due at the time of booking.

How long is your hire?

Our time may be different for each event and does depend on the venue but times will be agreed upon before you book. Usually we will set up your games before your reception. We collect games / decor the next day/morning unless requested to collect on the day or required for an event the following day. In this case we would collect at 10pm at the latest.

Do you have Insurance?

Yes we have public liability insurances and our games / items are insured. However, while our games are hired by you they are your responsibility to avoid damage and make sure they are being used correctly.

How do I book?

First get in touch with your venue and date so we can tell you our availability and fill in our booking form. We would then send you an invoice for the deposit (which you have 7 days to pay). Once this has been paid your booking is secured. 

Can your games be used indoors?

Yes! The games are safe to use indoors if there is space. We even have rubber mats to protect the venues floor.
